The Founder
Norbert Rachtan a strategic financial leader with a focus on building positive impacts for generations to come, founded Dex Profit LLC in 2022. As President of the Board and Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Norbert is responsible for the company’s global finance organization as well as global corporate services, facilities, and indirect procurement. As a Certified Professional Accountant with more than 15 years of experience in progressively senior roles, Norbert brings a breadth of experience in corporate and operational finance, cross-border M&A, credit, and capital investment planning to Dex Profit. He has been instrumental in uniting teams located around the globe, driving profitable growth across Dex Profit’s different routes to market, and increasing the company’s global footprint. Mr. Norbert led corporate development efforts for a rapidly growing Toronto-based environmental services business and served in various roles of increasing responsibility at both UGI.

Piotr Janisiow is Dex Profit Chief Executive officer and Senior Vice President, responsible for integrating Dex Profit’s business units, sales, global operations, and infrastructure enablement teams into a single market-facing organization responsible for all aspects of product strategy and execution. He is a driving force behind Dex Profit’s transformation to provide High-Performance Computing solutions to support companies in the Blockchain and Web 3.0 spaces. With more than 7 years of industry experience including significant business leadership experience, Piotr successfully created in excess of $250 million in shareholder value, and efficiently raised more than $80 million through both public (IPO and secondary offerings) and private capital sources, led multiple successful corporate transformations resulting in highly accretive exits, built high output agile product development organizations, and established corporate innovation groups resulting in the creation of new product businesses that generated significant new revenues in their first year.
